Product Delivery
Since our services are digital, all products are delivered via Email, Messenger, or WhatsApp. Therefore, no additional delivery charge is required. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct contact information.
Once delivery is completed, customers will receive a notification message on their mobile phone. Please ensure that you provide the correct mobile number while placing an order.
If emails are not received due to server issues, customers must contact us through WhatsApp or our Facebook page for delivery. In such cases, the order number and payment details will be verified.
Support will not be provided via email. Customers must contact us through WhatsApp or our Facebook page for assistance.
Product delivery time usually ranges from 5 minutes to 3 hours. In special cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If delays occur, the delivery time will be discussed with the customer; otherwise, a refund will be provided.
Urgent delivery requests are not accommodated. Please understand the delivery timeframe before placing an order.
Warranty Policy
If any issue arises with a product after purchase, we will provide warranty support. However, some products have a specific warranty period. If this time limit is exceeded or if any rules are violated, the warranty will no longer apply.
Warranty will not apply to issues caused by customer mistakes or device-related problems.
Our support hours are from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM. During the warranty period we try to provide support within this time frame, but in rare situations delays may occur. Customers are requested to cooperate in such cases.
Customers must follow the specific rules associated with each product. If necessary, support may be provided via TeamViewer or AnyDesk.

If any inappropriate behavior such as abusive language is directed toward our representatives, Quick Point BD reserves the right to cancel the customer's subscription and may take legal action under applicable digital security laws. In such cases, no service or refund will be provided.
Shared Account Terms and Conditions
To make digital services more affordable in Bangladesh, we sometimes offer shared accounts at a lower price, especially for students.
A shared account means that one account may be used by multiple users. If the customer exceeds the device limit or login limit, it will be considered a violation of the warranty policy, and the service may be canceled immediately. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be provided.
Each shared product follows a specific usage process. Therefore, customers must carefully read the product description before purchasing.
Even though it is a shared account, all customers who purchase it will be able to use the service for the full subscription duration within the allowed device or login limit.
For shared subscriptions, accounts may be provided using Quick Point BD’s official email. Customers purchasing personal subscriptions may request to use their own email.
Sharing any purchased account with others is strictly prohibited. All products are sold for personal use only.
If any account purchased from Quick Point BD is resold without permission, legal action may be taken against the offender, and all responsibilities related to customer manipulation will fall on that individual.
