Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed, refunds are not applicable. However, you may choose an alternative product before confirmation. If a product fails to be delivered on time or does not match the description, a refund will be granted.
Refund Policy for Redeemed Products
Once redeemed, digital keys or activated products are non-refundable.
Refund and Service
If any issue occurs within the warranty period, we will first attempt to Fix or Replace the product. If fixing or replacement is not possible, a Partial Refund will be issued for the remaining unused period.
Example
If you purchase a 4-month subscription and use 2 months, but we are unable to provide service for the remaining 2 months, you will receive a refund for those 2 unused months only.
Refund Processing
Payments made via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer will be refunded instantly or within 1 working day.
Payments made through EPS (Easy Payment System) Payment Gateway may take 3–7 working business days to process the refund.
Warranty & Service
For Adobe or other products with warranty, any issue will be handled and fixed by our team. If additional time is required, we will inform you in advance. A temporary backup account may be provided if necessary. If we fail to fix the issue within 3 days, a partial refund will be provided.

Additional Charges
If the refund is due to our error, we will cover the MFS fee; otherwise, it will be borne by the customer.
